Most people don’t get into real estate because it’s something they’ve always dreamed about. For us, it started with a frustrating experience of our own.
When we bought our first home, we expected it to be a milestone. What we got was a mountain of stress. It felt like we were just another file on a desk, left to figure out the “what-ifs” and “what-nows” on our own.
We left that closing table knowing there had to be a better way to do this.
So we built a process where clients feel informed, supported, and never left guessing.
Our approach today is shaped not only by that experience but also by who we were long before real estate.
Clint spent 25 years as a New Jersey State Trooper, where staying calm under pressure wasn’t optional. Jessica comes from a service and healthcare background, where listening, guiding, and advocating for people is simply part of the job.
We’re big on real conversations. We want to understand what matters to you, what you’re worried about, and what a successful outcome actually looks like for your life.
From there, we build the plan.
We use the latest technology and AI to make the process more efficient, organized, and responsive. But we don’t believe in putting people on autopilot or disappearing behind systems. You’re never handed off or left wondering what’s happening. The tools support the experience; they don’t replace it.
Jessica is your primary point of contact, making sure you always know what’s happening and what comes next. Clint works behind the scenes, keeping everything steady and moving forward the way it should.
Real estate isn’t always perfectly smooth, and we won’t pretend it is. Our job is to keep things clear, keep things moving, and make sure small issues don’t turn into overwhelming ones.
Outside of real estate, we’re raising two young children, so patience, flexibility, and problem-solving are just part of daily life. Clint is a genuine home chef who takes pride in it, and Jessica usually plans the next outing, project, or way to keep everyone moving.
We also believe every home sale should mean something more than just a transaction. For every closing, we donate to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals in our client’s name and personally match it.
It’s our way of saying thank you and making sure each closing carries a little more meaning.

Jessica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare with a concentration in Business Administration. Clint pursued Criminal Justice studies at Fairleigh Dickinson University before starting his career in law enforcement.
