Jessica Eubanks

Jessica Eubanks is a natural entrepreneur who also happens to love helping people. She serves her real estate clients with skill and persistence—and a personal touch that somehow makes each one feel special. She gets results, and makes the experience enjoyable along the way. It’s no surprise that people love working with her.

Jessica finished at the top of her class at Cal Poly Pomona, earning a BA in liberal studies. Then, on the way to her MBA she discovered real estate—and knew she’d found her calling. “I absolutely love what I do!” Jessica says. “It never seems like work.”

But of course, hard work has been key to Jessica’s success. She joined a company that works with investors, taking part in over 1,000 transactions. After earning her sales license, she quickly moved on to become a broker, and founded the Eubanks Group.

All those experiences prepared Jessica for her current venture—the Simple Real Estate Group.

Jessica’s goal now—in keeping with the Simple name—is to make the buying and selling process as simple as possible for her clients. She brings her background in the high-stakes world of property investment to her work with residential clients. She knows they just want a smooth transaction with the best bottom line possible. With her accumulated knowledge and relentless determination, Jessica makes it happen.

When she’s not helping people buy or sell their homes, Jessica spends time with her son Wyatt and her husband Scott, who just happens to own an HVAC company—another plus for her clients. She loves God and love the outdoors: hiking, snowboarding, and fishing.
