About Jessica

Jessica founded The E&F Team at Douglas Elliman along with her partner Elina Edelman in 2022 to meet the changing needs of her clients. Jessica focuses on the New York City suburbs of Westchester and Connecticut, and along with her partner they have a combined 20+ years of experience in the luxury real estate market.

Jessica lives in, loves and knows all things Westchester and given the close proximity, she has also fallen in love with Connecticut and all it has to offer. She has lived in Armonk for a decade with her husband, her two children and her Silver Lab. She developed a strong passion for real estate during the search for her own home when she moved from New York City, to Armonk. As such, Jessica not only understands the wants and needs of first-time home buyers and families considering a move to the suburbs, but also those looking to make a move within Westchester and beyond.

From a client’s initial conversations with Jessica all the way to the closing table, you can be sure that she is in her client’s corner protecting their best interests, and will always go the extra mile to make sure each transaction runs as smoothly as possible. She loves getting to know and building long-term relationships with her clients, educating and advising them in order to successfully achieve their real estate goals. Jessica takes a customized approach with each and every client in finding their perfect home, helping buyers and sellers alike make one of their largest and most important financial decisions. Her eye for design and interiors brings an added layer to the table when helping clients envision making a house a home, and moreover to see a home's true potential.

Jessica is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison where she studied communications. She had a successful career in public relations at several top agencies in New York City where she represented clients amongst the Fortune 100. She focused on brand management and CEO positioning, teaching her how to effectively represent and advocate for her clients, which is crucial in the real estate business.

Prior to joining Douglas Elliman, Jessica was an agent with Compass. She is currently a member of the National Association of Realtors, the New York Association of Realtors, the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors and the Greenwich Association of Realtors.
