And a lot can go wrong in the 30 to 60 days it takes to close a deal. And if there are problems, I solve them and many times without the client even knowing.
I am constantly furthering my education. I recently earned my credentials from the National Association of REALTORS®? (NAR) as an Acredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA).
I have lived in Southwest Louisiana my entire life. I love it here! I currently reside in Sulphur, Louisiana with my husband, W. P., and my son, Jagger. On a (rare) day off you can find me shopping, sewing, or outside working on a home project or hanging out by the pool.
