Jessica Gockel

Jessica joined Coldwell Banker Bain in August 2013, gravitating naturally toward real estate after growing up in a family of home builders and working for her dad’s construction company. She is adept at putting both buyers and sellers at ease throughout the process, and eager to share her understanding of construction, architecture, and marketing to make selling or buying a home a smooth and productive experience. Born and raised in Bellevue, she has a vast knowledge of the Greater Seattle Metro area.

Being a former Division I collegiate athlete (volleyball), she funnels that same fast-paced energy, grit, and aplomb into her real estate work ethic. A natural leader and a quick study, she excels at time management, active listening, and communication with all involved in the transaction.
