Jess was referred to me when I decided to start looking for a home. I had no expectations in place as I was oblivious to the process of home buying.
If there is such a thing as a crash course on home buying, Jess is the absolute expert, I had questions on every aspect of the process and she took the time to educate me so I could make informed decisions. She hand-held me through every part of the process cause when you are dealing with contingencies, approvals, appraisals, inspections, escrow, tenants, etc. Time frames get blurry and confusing (it is a very long and exhausting process)

One thing is for sure, I would not be holding keys right now if it wasn’t for Jess’s efforts, so THANK YOU!

Jessica was an amazing realtor recommended to us by my in-laws I'm so happy they did because she was so patient and kind to our growing family. Our dogs loved her visits and she was able to provide us with solid recommendations to improve the potential for selling our home. In the end those recommendations paid off and our home found a buyer on its first open house. She helped us navigate negotiations and answered every question we could possibly think of. In the end I’m glad we had someone as amazing as she was to help us with selling our first home.
