Jessica Hayes

Jessica was the girl in high school that talked her friend’s parents into letting her rearrange their furniture to make the room flow better, repaint their home’s interior or install new flooring. She’s always wanted to make spaces look and feel their best. This comes from her parents, as they always had a home project going on. They built their home themselves when she was 8 years old and she found the entire construction process fascinating. In 1999 she left home, Binghamton, NY, and moved to Brevard County, FL. She has lived in the Cocoa Beach/Merritt Island area ever since. She enjoys the beach lifestyle, people in the community and watching all of the growth in the area. In 2001 she became a licensed real estate agent then became a licensed real estate broker and she has worked in real estate to successfully sell over 500 residential properties. Jessica focused on new construction waterfront condominiums and single family homes for many years with one of the areas leading developers. In 2003, she met her husband and they started renovating homes together. Since then they have bought and sold homes, rented homes and recently built their home together. They are always doing some type of construction project.

Her goal to make the selling/moving process for homeowner’s and future homeowner’s as seamless as possible. When she’s working with a Buyer she listens to their housing needs and wants then she matches them with a home in their price range.
