Jessica Heredia

Jessica Heredia brings 20+ years of expertise to all aspects of buying and selling real estate and development properties on the Westside and South Bay. Her specialties include Luxury properties, investment developments, single-family residences, and multi-family properties.

Her industry experience and dedication to client satisfaction are reflected in the comprehensive services she provides, including In-depth market knowledge of neighborhoods, strategic marketing, contract negotiation and client support.

Jessica is a Los Angeles native whose firm belief in community service is rooted in the idea that "in order to receive, you need to give first." She has volunteered with Meals on Wheels, delivering meals to the elderly; School on Wheels, tutoring children in transitional housing; and Verdugo Hospice, visiting with patients. Always ready for a challenge, she also enjoys trying new activities and mastering her favorites. A few of her pastimes include sailing with the California Yacht Club, rowing crew with the Los Angeles Rowing Club and hitting the dance floor to showcase her Latin ballroom skills.

Jessica lives in Marina del Rey.
