Mrs. Jessica Huang was truly exceptional. I met her when I called Laffey real estate for a condo, and they gave me her cellphone number, because she had the list for that particular condo I was interested in.
I was impressed when I met her with the level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me
to work with her since I was set on buying in the area I was looking, and I am so thankful I did.
She was always available for the condo's tours. Her responsiveness was incredible
She look out for me and have my best interests in mind.
Jessica worked with me to make my desires a reality. She was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat.
Her cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence she would get the job done and she did.

The amount of effort and time she put into walking me through the process was unbelievable.
From the first day that we met she spent her entire time walking me through the "big picture". From there on out, she was always available
to provide me with the information that I needed for the sake of my sanity. Every decision that I made small or big mattered to her. I felt I was in good hands. I truly appreciated her input, and relied on it heavily. This is an invaluable quality to have as a service provider and not everyone has it, but Leffey realtors is crucial to keep these people around that do. It is easy to push paper and get the signatures, but she really focused on making sure that I am satisfied through the process and the outcome.
Jessica, went above and beyond [as I am positive she does with all her clients] and truly made me feel like I had a confidant/partner throughout my buying process.
Overall, I would strongly recommend Jessica to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I would trust her with my eyes closed and her attention to detail and level of time/dedication to her clients is outstanding., from reputable Attorneys, to lending banks to closing.

Jessica Huang is a true professional with a keen sense of the market and what it takes to make a deal. She represented us in the sale of my mother’s house and she clearly advocated as a sellers agent to get the best price for the house. No one will out work her. There was never any compromise to simply get a deal done. With that said, she was also very inciteful in setting an asking price that was realistic enough to attract interest and then letting the market bid up the final sale price to well above asking price. She also gave clear guidance on how I should prepare the house for sale, including discouraging any unnecessary renovations. And finally, she was very respectful of the fact that this was a house that I grew up in that was built by my father and grandfather with their own hands. She pushed the process along gently, giving me space to sort through the memories. For that, I will be forever grateful.
