Jessica was so professional and knowledgeable in helping me with all aspects of home purchasing. I am a first-time home buyer so there was so much I don't know about, but Jessica gave me guidance and suggestions on each step and made sure that everything was taken care of nicely. I don't have a car and Jessica kindly offered me a few rides to facilitate house viewing. She is super efficient in scheduling and communicating so my home purchasing process moved fast and smoothly. Jessica has been working in the industry for almost 20 years so she knows the market very well and has lots of connections to people working in the related industry. The loan officer, house inspector, and attorney she recommended were all great. I appreciate everything she did for me. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy agent.

To put it simply everything a real estate agent must have is present in Jessica, very polite and responsive in her communications and should there be any issues with opposite party you can always count on her watching your interests.

As for how many homes we viewed before closing, there was many showings without a doubt but never was a complaint why a decision has not been made which means Jessica is very humble and takes her time for every client to feel satisfied with the purchase of a new home.

Jessica was instrumental in helping us buy our home. She intently listened to our needs and wishes and shared listings that met many checkboxes. Are requirements were quite specific and Jessica was patient with us during our search. We had been struggling to buy in the aggressive Greater Boston area, many of our offers had not been accepted. We ran into Jessica while she was engaged to sell the condo we were renting and watched how seamlessly she sold that one. Next, she got engaged through the area to sell more condos with much success. We realized she has the magic touch which worked out very well for us as well. There are two things that set her apart - (1) Jessica is always willing to do the work and she does it with much sincerity and (2) Jessica knows how to seal the deal!
