Professionally, in 2021 Jessica was awarded Top 3 by VC Reporter’s Ventura County “Best of” for 2020. Helping well over fifty families buy or sell in our local area and a few find competent realtors at their destination. In the last few years, with tele-working on the rise, she has found a large amount of her new clients are moving here from larger metropolitan areas. With that, finding the right city in our county can be hard! She loves walking people through to see which part of the county fits their budget and overall lifestyle. It spans from the mountains to the ocean; it is quite diverse!!

Jessica is fortunate to be surrounded by family and friends here in Ventura. Residing here whole life, she has gone to many of the schools, participated in local sports teams, and lived in over 29 (I have lost count and am currently trying to provide a map) homes in Ventura. She uses this local knowledge to help lead her clients in the right direction when catering to the Ventura Life they are seeking or already maintain.

She currently owns and resides in East Ventura, living with her Husband, two children, and two dogs (do not worry she has a full-time nanny at home!). Her hobbies include yoga at Grassroots, hiking Arroyo or Harmon, doing her paperwork at one of the many locally owned coffee shops (Singing Sun Coffee, Beacon Coffee Roasters, or Prospect- if you see her, please say Hi!), paddle boarding the harbors, and enjoying the local parks with her family. She participates in local fundraisers, attend mom’s groups, and local organizations providing outreach. She is a HUGE shop local advocate and in working with her you are giving back to your community precipitously.
