This was my family’s first time navigating the New York City housing market and Jessica was a very helpful realtor. She and her partner Xavier were great at explaining the process to us, from touring apartments to completing all the documentation to putting in an offer and beyond. Xavier was very helpful on the apartment tours in pointing out drawbacks or benefits to the apartments that we might not have noticed. Jessica consistently followed up with the mortgage brokers and all other stakeholders and helped move the process along. She always kept us in the know regarding her communications with the other parties. Despite a lot of setbacks and struggles with our attorney and paperwork issues, Jessica was always advocating for us at every stage, which made a stressful process much easier. I would wholeheartedly recommend her for people who are buying property in New York, whether you are a novice or an expert; if I’m ever in the market to buy again, she will be my go-to!
