It is such a difficult time to buy a house, all things involved. Jessica never gave up hope for our family, and went above and beyond to make sure that we had the chance to see anything we were interested in. She was honest through the entire process, and learned quickly what we did and did not want in a home. She exceeds in all areas of her profession, and is very knowledgeable. She had consistently rapid answers to any and all questions we had, and knew what questions were important to ask. As much as we recommend her as a realtor, we also appreciate her ability to be relatable on a personal level. She even became “part of the family” during the whole experience, as she was just as excited as we were for us to finally find our home. We will consult and confide in Jessica for any and all future business.

My husband and I contacted Jessica when we decided to start the home buying process and I am so happy that we did! Jessica was very quick to get our home on the market and explained everything in great detail so that my husband and I understood what was happening every step of the way. We looked at a few homes prior to finding our forever home. Jessica was patient during our search, never pushy and encouraged us to wait until we found the perfect home. One of Jessica’s greatest qualities as a realtor is her exceptional communication skills. She was extremely quick at answering all of our questions, no matter the time of day. If she didn’t know the answer to something, she didn’t hesitate to contact someone who did. She kept us in the loop the entire selling and buying process by providing frequent updates. I would highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking to move! I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to guide us through such a stressful, yet super exciting process! I would love for everyone to know what a great realtor Jessica is!!! She really works with you and understands if it’s not for you then it isn’t for you lol. I feel like she isn’t one of them realtors that will try to hurry and push you into any home to make that sale, if she see any type of damages from big to small or water damages just anything, she lets you know this right away and will definitely let you know if you will be spending more to fix things up if you decided to purchase that specific home. She worked well with me so believe me when I say she has tons of patience haha. I would highly recommend anyone to work with her. She goes above and beyond and is very understanding I loved that and can’t wait to work with her again!!

I was in the market for a investment property. Even tho I was not looking to spend tons of money Jess went above and beyond to answer all my questions day and night. The sellers title company was let’s say less then pair but up until the moment of signing papers Jess checked over every detail making sure I wouldn’t have any issues in the future. With our home being listed during the pandemic, and needing to sell our home in order to find a larger home due to changing family dynamics, our real estate journey could easily have been a nightmare; however, working with Jessica Kline made all the difference! Throughout the entire process, Jessica worked diligently to make everything run as smoothly as possible, to answer our numerous questions, and to navigate us through the process. We started working with Jessica when we decided to start saving and looking for our first home. She has been nothing short of amazing. Being younger, busy, first time home buyers, there was alot we didnt know about the process and she has been so patient and understanding. Her response back when we had questions (some being at weird hours of the day since I work the night shift) have been timely and thorough. She has walked us through the process with ease. She is also very family oriented, not minding chasing around and keeping and eye on a toddler as we checked out the properties! Also With my fiance and I having opposite work schedules and weird hours she has been very accommodating with scheduling showings to whatever houses we were interested in, and arrived to the showings prepared with all the information we inquired about. The best thing about Jess was she is not just a realtor trying to sell a house, she is compassionate about finding your family a house that meets all your needs (and wants!) We walked through MANY homes, she never once showed a sign of frustration, Nor did we ever feel rushed or pressured into something we were not certain of. If the time arises we would ever need a realtor again, theres no doubt I would go right back to Jess!
