Jessica Knutson

After practicing law and working in her family’s commercial real estate business for a number of years, Jessica combines these skills with the Aspen Group to provide an existing and growing client list with high quality commercial real estate brokerage services. Practicing law at the Rodenburg Law Firm in Bismarck, North Dakota provided Jessica with experience and knowledge in consumer and commercial transactions, litigation and negotiations which she now utilizes to deliver high quality Buyer/ Seller and Landlord/ Tenant representation services. A native of Bismarck, ND and a graduate of St. Mary’s High School, Jessica attended the University of North Dakota and received her B.S. in Psychology in 2004. She graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law with a Juris Doctorate in 2007.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys running, traveling, horseback riding, scuba diving and spending time with her family and friends. Jessica is a member of the Big Muddy Bar Association and the Bismarck Mandan Board of Realtors. She received her CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, which is a graduate degree level designation in commercial real estate. She volunteers with Special Olympics.
