Jessica Minion

A central Florida resident for over 20 years, Jessica is excited to bring her passion for real estate and the dedication of the Selling Suburbia team to the Orlando area! She is a market expert in the Orlando suburbs: Sanford, Lake Mary, Heathrow, Winter Garden, as well as Winter Park.

Coming from an international family of Realtors and custom home designers, the love for real estate started when Jessica was a young girl. A graduate of the University of Central Florida, she made Orlando home in 2007 to launch her career in commercial real estate. With knowledge of legal contracts in the corporate finance world, Jessica feels fortunate to use that experience in helping buyers and sellers with both negotiations and transactions. Jessica resides in North Central Florida with her daughter, husband, and their goldendoodle.
