Jessica Shrake is a full-time professional Realtor and broker with a wealth of personal experience in relocation—having moved 18 times as an adult, including across five states and even across the ocean to Hawaii. She understands firsthand the challenges of researching towns and communities from afar and the importance of making informed decisions when moving.
Jessica knows the Phoenix metro area is vast and complex, and even after living there for over 18 years, she continues to discover hidden gems. That passion for helping others navigate the area inspired her to create AzNeighborhood Finder, a resource designed to give buyers a real sense of what’s available.
With a background in construction and experience as a real estate investor specializing in property flips, Jessica brings a unique perspective and expertise to every transaction. Her clients benefit from her high level of care, clear communication, and proven ability to deliver outstanding results.
Outside of real estate, Jessica enjoys traveling with her husband, Mike, and shares a love for fine wine—they even make their own. She also treasures time with their five mostly grown children, weekend escapes to Munds Park, and continuing her passion for real estate investing and flipping.
