Jessica Spurlock was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida and has lived in numerous different states since graduating college. She had a diverse background of workforce development and business consulting, before getting into real estate. Over the past decade, Jessica has helped buyers and sellers in multiple different states. Her industry experience and various business locations have provided advantages for real estate clients in highly competitive markets.
Jessica graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in Social Science with a focus in Economics. Not long after beginning a career in state level workforce development, Jessica began her graduate degree at Mississippi State University. There, she earned a Master of Business Administration and continued her career in strategic workforce development policy. Her background and a keen interest in real estate created an urge to try something new. Jessica has since used her business acumen and experience to create a unique advantage for her real estate clients. In 2020, Jessica and her team produced an impressive $65 million plus in total sales volume, making them one of the top small teams in Northern Virginia.
Jessica’s biggest passion is her husband and two daughters. When she is not working, you will likely find her on the soccer field or at a swim meet!
