Jessica sold my wife and I our fourth home in 30-years. She is, by far, the best realtor we have ever worked with. Her earnest and highly professional manner was a most pleasurable working experience. Her no-nonsense approach was very effective and easy to deal with. Within days of my house going on market she was able to skillfully negotiate and get me an all cash over with closed escrow in under a month. Jessica was our seller’s agent. It was our first time selling a house and she was wonderful. She was thorough and professional and easy to get in touch with. She answered the little questions and the big ones and made us feel comfortable with all the new things we were experiencing. She gave us constant feedback on showings and all throughout the process. She was extremely knowledgeable but never pushed us in one direction or the other. She let us lead as much as we wanted and was always supportive and real with us when we asked for her opinion. My wife and I recently bought a house in Joshua Tree, CA, with Jessica's help. At every turn, she steadied and smoothed the process, guiding us through disclosures and inspections and negotiations with the sellers and their realtor. She explained all the documents she sent us, which were electronic and very easy to use. Not only was her general knowledge of the process deep, but her awareness of the local resources was very helpful to us when we needed to consult repairmen and other services. She was immediately responsive to my questions and comments---text, phone, e-mail, weekends included---and often was ahead of me in those concerns, seeing obstacles before they arose and offering strategies to get around them. She was our expert and our bulldog; she protected us and fought for us when necessary. I'd be very happy to recommend Jessica Thiele to any residential buyer!

Jessica was a great agent to work with. She was on time and pro-active from beginning to end. It was great that she was part of the Homes for Heroes program since I'm in the military and that was an added bonus. I was an out of town buyer and so we arranged for a day long home viewing schedule. I gave her the listings and she made a schedule and itinerary so we could efficiently go from home to home without having to back track and waste time. As we got to closing she stayed very involved and would give me updates so that I always knew what was going on and what I had to do to move things along and she was a strong negotiator with the seller as well since there was some back and forth. She was extremely knowledgeable about the areas that I was looking in, Yucca Valley and Joshua Tree and gave me insight in to local real estate trends to ensure I was making a smart investment which was very important to me since I was coming from out of town and did not want to waste a year renting to get familiar with the neighborhood. I would highly recommend her to anybody looking to buy a house in the area!!
