06/06/2017 - stnel4 Bought a Single Family home in 2017 for approximately $275K in North Port, FL. Jessica has a wonderful personality. She is so positive you can't help but be happy when you are around her. She is also quite professional. She asked our specific needs and wants in our forever home. She narrowed our search to the location we wanted. Jessica gave us many options and pointed out qualities in the homes that we may have over looked. She was always on time and was available at any time we needed her. When we found our home, she was always in contact with us to make sure all of our questions were answered and closing went smoothly. The house needed some work. Jessica recommended awesome workers that got the job done quickly and professionally. We were extremely satisfied. I would highly recommend her services to everyone.

Pete Jul 28, 2017 Bought home in North Port, FL in 2017 Jessica went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home within our target neighborhood and within our price range. After selecting a new build home that was under construction, she worked as a liaison between us and our builder. She was prompt in returning our calls and addressing any concerns we had. She even kept us up do date by taking pictures and texting them to us while we were out of town. She was a pleasure to work with and made the dreaded home buying process a breeze!

03/21/2017 - A5ltrstang Bought a Single Family home in 2017 for approximately $200K in Port Charlotte, FL. Jessica Vogt was the assigned realtor for the first home we were interested in. Although that home was not suitable for my wife and I, Jessica took an immediate interest to what type of home we were looking for and within the time of two weeks, Jessica was able to line up a showing for a home we were interested in purchasing. I must note that during this time period Jessica would always respond to our messages in a timely manner. Jessica helped us not only through the search for the right home but was instrumental in assisting us as first time home buyers. Both my wife and I were a little apprehensive and nervous on what steps to take but Jessica not only reassured us but managed to guide my wife and I through the process without any difficulty. Aware Jessica is rather new to the realtor business, both my wife and I were totally impressed with the knowledge, requirements and people skills Jessica seemed to master. My wife and I highly recommend Jessica Vogt as a real estate agent.
