Jessica was an absolute blessing for our home purchase. We needed someone who knew our market, was passionate about real estate, and cared for their clients well. She advocated for us, knew our best offer price, and actually helped us get under contract with 2 separate houses in a very competitive market, specifically at our price point. From initial meeting to under contract was hours, but it never felt rushed. I would highly recommend Jessica to anyone who wants to buy or sell their home and be cared for in the process.

The home buying process is always a journey, and sometimes you find yourself on a path that is littered with detours or the path provides many more traffic jams than you originally thought. After purchasing a home for the 12th time over 38 years, Jessica Wade has proven that she was the best real estate professional that we have experienced. Whatever was seemingly a wall or stepping stone, Jessica calmly knocked the wall down or assisted us in stepping over the hurdle.

Jessica Wade walked us through every step of the way: Where to start with getting approved for a loan with a list of local lenders she's worked with. The selling process which was by far the scariest part for us, but she made it so easy. Buying our dream home that already had multiple offers and took some negotiation, but she knew what she was doing and made it happen for us. She even helped us move(that's not in her job description, but she went above and beyond!). She always took the time to answer every question we had in detail no matter how many questions we asked. I am so happy to have had the pleasure of having Jessica be our realtor. I absolutely recommend her to anyone that wants someone they can trust will do their very best. She knows what she is doing and is one of the nicest people I have ever met.

Jessica is more than a real estate agent. She treats me as a family member who she cares about and is focused on meeting my needs and my dream house. She is professional and sooooo knowledgeable. Her work ethic is phenomenal, and if she does not know the answer to the question, she goes far and beyond to get the correct information. She explains everything in detail and explains again and again as many times needed to assure that I am clear about all the information and the process. We came to know Jessica through some mutual friends. We had no knowledge of selling a home or what all it entailed. From the moment we met Jessica, she put us at ease. She listened to us and answered our questions. We were impressed with the knowledge she had of the area and the familiarity that she had worked with others who had the same goals as we did. Jessica made us feel comfortable from the moment she came to our house. She coached us through "staging" our home all the way to the closing desk. I love her honesty and knowledge of this industry. She screened all of the calls about our house so that we weren't just showing our house to anyone. She sent us weekly updates on the progress of our house and the market information. Her marketing is over and above anything I have ever experienced. The pictures and virtual tour are amazing! She is an amazing person in general! Her #1 priority will be you and she will always have your back. She is only a text or phone call away!

Last year my husband and I thought we 'might' start looking to downsize. I asked my realtor / friend Jessica Wade to run comps on our home. We didn't put it up for sale, but continued to look at smaller homes.
Jessica began sending (email ) realestate highlights for homes based on the profile we gave her. We were in no hurry and honestly, I thought we wouldn't move for 3 more years.
One morning this past May, a house popped up in my that looked interesting. I called Jess and she promptly scheduled a showing. In fact, there was never a time I can recall over that past year that Jess didn't help us with a laughing lilt in her voice and greet us with a bright smile on her face (dream realtor).
Our early assessment was this - Jessica is knowledgeable about the real estate market, patient, truthful (no, you're not going to get that price for your current home Ken), and always working an angle that benefited us as the buyer (us). The purchase of the home we remodeled was a cake walk due to her patience, knowledge base and keen negotiating skills.

Did I mention that my husband was somewhat difficult to work with when it came time to put our house on the market? In spite of Jessica's expertise, he was insistent that we sell the house through one of the For Sale By Owner sites (Click it Realty). I don't recommend using one of these services. We were often in the dark with so many legal questions. It was difficult not having a knowledgeable advocate. In the end he was sorry we had not used her services. Had it not been for Jessica's powerhouse of legal real estate knowledge, we would have never made it to closing with the buyer of our home. There were so many hiccups!

I have rarely seen anyone so giving. Jessica did not base her willingness to give away information on a transnational basis. It became clear early on during the buying and selling process that she works with an intent to be helpful and kind. We put her to the test and she breezed through with flying colors. You want a Jessica Wade on your team when you buy or sell! Call her!
