Growing up in Hawaii, Jessica Wendt always knew that she would end up owning her own business...In 1999 Jessica started her first coffee business-a college coffee cart in Aberdeen, WA. Jessica dedicated the next 14 years to espresso drive-throughs and carts in Vancouver, WA. Around the time her son was born in 2010, Jessica started to change gears and pursued her real estate license. Shifting her passion for customers to clients who are trusting her to help them make the most major decision of their lives. Jessica has focused on several areas in real estate: buyers, sellers, relocations, short sales, and more. Her relationship driven approach to the real estate business is strongly connected to her desire to provide an abundant life for her son, Alex.
