It was an absolute pleasure working with Jessica, she was such an asset in helping us buy our first home! She's super knowledgeable about all of the neighborhoods in Long Island was able to confidently guide us throughout the process of finding a home, making an offer, going through inspections, escrow, etc... We ran into some complications having to do with the sellers leased solar panels and she went above and beyond to get it all sorted out for us. Highly recommend working with her!!

As first time home buyers in this crazy and overly saturated market, we were frustrated. After seeing a number of properties on our own, we were even more discouraged. While we knew where we wanted to be, help was desperately needed to locate “the one”. In came Jessica to the rescue! Knowledgeable, patient, fast, sweet, connected and the exact bulldog broker you want on your side. She took the time to show us areas we never knew existed, explained things that no one else took the time to explain, scoured her contacts for leads and ultimately found us our dream house AND helped us win the bid with her incredible negotiation skills (we were not the highest offer). I can’t say enough about this experience and will refer her a million times over!

The home buying process could not be any easier with Jessica by my side. She was able to take my budget and location preferences and come back with homes she felt were good investments as well as homes that I would personally enjoy. When we first did our open house walkthrough she was very knowledgeable and was able to tell me what to look for when shopping for a home as well as provide her own opinions on certain properties. Once I felt like I found a home I wanted to put an offer on, she was able to walk me through the entire process and answer any questions I had and make sure that this was the right fit for me budget wise. I had no prior experience with banks or attorneys and she was able to put me in touch with people she had previously worked with and coordinated everything for me. I would highly recommend Jessica if you are looking for a new home!

I met Jessica White when my husband, my 3 months old baby and I were looking for a new rental house in Brooklyn, NY. We had seen countless houses and dealt with many agents, most of whom we found to be untrustworthy or were charging way too high of a fee for the price range we were looking for. Jessica was the agent for the owner of the house, but she was truly amazing for us. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Jessica White. She helped me find the perfect rental home for my family of 3, a block away from the most beautiful beach on Long Island.
