About one and half years ago, our family planned to move to Florida. We contacted Jessie, she picked some houses for us according to our requirements. Jessie was exceptional and knowledgeable in finding a new home. After Jessie showed us several houses, we decided to build a house in Sarasota.
Building a home is a long process and it took one year to complete. Throughout our home-buying process, Jessie was incredibly communicative. She promptly answered calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development. Since we were out of Florida, we had a difficult time getting to all the different things required for home buyers to do. Jessie helped us to being present for various things we couldn’t make.

Great agent great services. Jessie is an amazing agent. We got to know her through a friend. She took us to view a few properties when we visited Sarasota, FL. She is very knowledgeable about the local market and offered a bunch of advices. We hired her as our buyers agent when we decided to purchase an investment property. Jessie later also helped us find a tenant. She went above and beyond with her services and guided us through the whole process. She is very responsive and detail oriented. Since we are out of state buyer and some things have to be done locally, she is always willing to offer help. She helped us escalate the warranty issues to the builder.
