Jessika Arman

Jessika Arman is a second generation Broker-Associate with Premier Sotheby's International Realty. She has been selling and marketing real estate in Sarasota and Charlotte Counties since 1998. Her family has been contributing to the arts, music, real estate and medical fields, that they helped Sarasota become renown for, since the 1950s. She grew up in the 70s and 80s on the Sarasota barrier island of Siesta Key. She has a passion for her town and shares her civic pride with everyone she meets.

As a Realtor, she is very hands on. She does not take on too many clients or listings that she cannot personally give her full and undivided attention to. She runs a boutique style, exclusive, luxury real estate practice that is customer centric. She strives to make sure that you will have a rewarding home buying or selling experience. You will know just how much she cares for you, before you know how much she knows about the area. Anything worth doing is done with passion and conviction. Prior to her career in real estate, she earned a Master of Arts degree in International Relations from Boston University, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communication from Emerson College, Boston. She served her country as an intern in the Econ section of the American Embassy in Berlin, Germany and in the International Network Operation unit of the Discovery Channel that was responsible for launching the channel around the globe.

She is fluent in German and English and has varying degrees of proficiency in Spanish and French. As such, she has a large international client base. Many of her clients are referral and repeat business and she is very happy to count many as friends. She has been a member of her local board of Realtors Global Council since 1999 and had led a trade mission to Germany.

Married since 2003 to Alfredo Valdivia of Peru, the couple has one child. In her free time, she enjoys boating, reading and exploring the area's pirating history and native Calusa Indian Culture.
