I've known Jewell for over 20 years, having worked with her at two different companies. She has an extensive background in mortgage underwriting, which I found helpful as a home seller because sellers need to examine the risk of the buyers not getting their financing approved. Once an offer is accepted with a financing contingency, other prospective buyers are reluctant to place a back-up secondary offer.

I selected Jewell to list my condo in Tysons because I knew I could trust her. This grew in importance because I had already bought a new home and had moved over 400 miles away. What I hadn't considered was how much I needed to rely on her for tasks a local seller would normally perform (admitting repair people, inspectors, appraisers, etc.) Adding to her burden was that my former home is about 20 miles from her office and she made multiple trips to help me out (she even retrieved a pile of mail and also sent me a framed picture I forgot to pack).

I could tell Jewell really enjoys being a REALTOR and is committed to excellent customer service. Lots of people like to promise excellent customer service, but Jewell is that rare person who actually delivers on that promise.

Jewell went above and beyond to help me find a place. She always accommodated my schedule and showed me houses whenever I was free. She was also great with communication and keeping me updated.

Working with Jewell was AMAZING!! As a first time home buyer, she made the process super easy and made sure I understood everything along the way. She was very professional and helped me find the right loan officer. I am so happy with my new home and so thankful for all of her help along the way! I highly recommend her for first time home buyers.
