Working with Jhaun through the selling process was an absolute pleasure. He was upfront and honest about everything from the beginning and quickly showed his in depth understanding of the market. This guy is the real deal. I listed my home in 2020 and the realtor took horrible pics and i had to drop my home $70k before anyone would even look. Thankfully we ended up not selling and keeping our home. Jhaun started reaching out to me 9/2020. He wanted a shot but I had such a bad experience that i was skeptical and so was my wife. After literally 50 calls he finally convinced me to give him a shot. Believe me I made him work for it. Anyway he was confident and he went way above his call of duty for us. This man deserves everyone to give him a shot. We sold to the very first couple that looked for even more than I was asking in 2020. I will never use anyone but Jhuan Reid again. He is the best of the best and trust me this was not my first rodeo. The man is nothing but professional and when he says he can do a better job than other realtor, you best believe him.
