Jia Tang

Jia Tang is a licensed real estate broker, investor, and property manager. She got into real estate after studying economics and finance at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and her first job out of college was working for a healthcare IT company as an IT consultant. A few years later, she landed a job at a local Seattle Children’s hospital working in the IT department supporting healthcare IT, and she left the healthcare IT industry after 11 years to start working with her husband Peter in the real estate industry. The first real estate deal she did was a flip in south Seattle in 2015, and she has continued to grow her real estate business in the past 7 years by flipping houses, acquiring rental units, wholesaling houses, completing new constructions, joining partnerships, investing in syndication deals, private money lending, and working with clients on buying and selling homes.

There are so many diverse types of transactions in real estate and Jia found her passion. She wants to share the things she has learned with you. She honestly believes in lifetime learning. She is always reading books and networking with other real estate professionals and investors to learn new strategies. As your real estate broker, Jia's priority is to make her clients happy. She listens to her clients’ wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction, and she strives to ensure that the buying or selling process is fun, easy, and stress-free. Her clients can count on her when they have any question or a concern.
