We worked with Jill for almost 2 years to find our current home. We never felt rushed or pushed into anything. She never let us feel like we were taking too long or changing our mind too often about the location and kind of place we were looking for. She was patient and always available to answer questions and follow up with the agents or owners of the properties we were looking at. When it comes time to sell our current home, it will be Jill that we enlist to help us in that too.

My wife and I have worked with Jill in each major milestone of our lives, first home, and now our final home (my brother and his wife have worked with her too). She just helped us sell a property, is helping my father in law sell his property, and is helping us buy a new property.

She is professional, responsive, detail oriented, bright and positive, experienced, an excellent listener, and even brought chocolate covered strawberries to closing. She takes the time to learn what you want, and makes great suggestions of other things to consider. In our recent sale, we got WAY over asking. My wife and I couldn’t think of ever going with someone else, and if you end up one of her clients you’ll find yourself raving about her too.

We were incredibly fortunate to work with Jill on the sale of our rental condo. The condo was empty, but Jill made it feel like a home -- placing towels in the bathroom, flowers on the kitchen counter and bathroom vanity, to make it look welcoming to potential buyers. Although it took longer than we expected to sell due to Covid19, Jill worked tirelessly on marketing and working with buyers’ agents to sell our condo. She kept us updated every week with a report of showings, other units for sale in the area, and always had a positive attitude. She is professional and well versed in real estate sales. Her advice and encouragement were invaluable to us. We highly recommend Jill as your agent.

If you need the best Realtor, I strongly recommend Jill Aharon, Coldwell Banker Realty! She combines the best of professionalism, empathy, support, expertise, attention to detail, market know-how, patience, relevant contacts, state-of-the-art social media marketing, assertiveness, communication skills, and competence, competence, competence to help me prepare and sell my recently deceased mother's condominium, where my mother had lived for almost 30 years. Jill picked the modern light fixtures and paint to neutralize my mother's pink walls and provided virtual staging to make the highrise unit pop! Despite COVID restrictions on every step in the Real Estate listing, marketing, showing, and sales processes, Jill delivered 2 full-price contracts, and settlement completed 3 weeks after the final ratified contract! I was thrilled 5 years ago when I worked with Jill to sell my single-family house in Falls Church and buy the condo where I live now. Selling my mother's condo was my 3rd deal with Jill, and again she proved her excellence!
