Jill is a real estate broker with 25 years of experience in residential real estate, assisting buyers and sellers in Middle Tennessee.

Jill feels blessed that she works in a profession that she loves! For the past 25 years, she has helped numerous buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. By giving the best possible service to her clients, she trusts that they will refer their friends/families to her, when they have real estate needs.

Jill has lived in Williamson County for the past 40 years and raised her children here. Jill is very familiar with the local schools in the area. Her experience and strong negotiating skills help her clients achieve their goals. She believes that honesty and integrity are vital to being successful in the real estate industry.

Jill is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and is a member of the CLHMS guild. She has the expertise to help buyers and sellers in the luxury home market.

Jill and her husband, Duwayne, have been working together since 2018. They offer complimentary services (professional house & window cleaning, staging, and home measurement) when sellers list their properties with their team. Their team loves giving back, so they donate $250 to their clients' favorite charity, at closing. Jill and Duwayne own SHC Property Management, LLC and manage residential properties for investors.
