We put her through the paces for a long time in an attempt to find the right house. She was patient and never pressured us into buying something we didn't feel checked all the boxes. Very Helpful, Knowledgeable, and it is evident she has a passion for helping clients. Jill was very helpful from when I first reached out to her. As a first-time homebuyer, it was very beneficial to have her experience and knowledge during the buying process.
I was especially grateful for the way Jill treated me with great service and professionalism, having personally dealt with poor realtors in the past that set my goals as a noticeable lower priority when they saw the lower price range for which I was shopping.
Jill was always just a call or text away for any questions I had and the response time was great!

Being an out-of-state buyer we needed to know our agent would be honest and listen to our needs. We found all of that and more in Jill! After learning our lifestyle and desires she knew exactly what area to start our search and we found our dream home on, what we thought would be the first of many trips. We didn't expect to find our home on the first exploration trip and Jill had us under contract and closed in less than 30 days! We were able to enjoy Thanksgiving in our new beach paradise thanks to Jill!

Jill has been great to work with; I am a Community Association Manager and work with many realtors on purchase approvals for the condominiums I manage. Jill has been pleasant, quick and thorough on all documents requests which will result in her clients getting approved quickly.
