I would recommend Jill Capozzi to anyone who is thinking about beginning the home buying process. She is professional, attentive and extremely hard working. Jill was very patient with us through the entire process. She showed us many homes u til we found the right one. When we ran into an issue regarding a fence that was going to hold up our closing, Jill took control and got everything resolved quickly! She goes above and beyond for her clients!

Jill Capozzi is an amazing realtor!!!!! She is caring, professional and really listens to what your needs and wants are. Most realtors put you on some sort of automated property match email service list. We went through 6 realtors and they all did the same thing. They gave us a stack of cards and told my husband and I that if went to an open house to let the agents know that we have a realtor representing us. We do all the work and provide their business card. Jill was the exception. She went above and beyond to do a thorough research from finding out what the true property taxes were to getting the property records from the town to ensure there were no hidden issues that could have come up during our loan process. She helped us negotiate the price and kept us informed every step of the way. She was our angel. As overwhelming as it was she made this a happy and memorable experience. Jill, thank you for professionalism, work ethic and most importantly for caring about our family during this time.
