Jill Chalkley

Jill was born and raised in Tampa Bay. She graduated from East Lake High School and then attended USF. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and she uses it as a guide each and every day. She then chose to sell real estate and received her Real Estate License in 2005. She has been a full time Realtor ever since. She started out on a development team selling condo conversion projects and after her first year was running the projects on her own. She did this until the shift started in 2007. From there she obtained my broker’s license in 2008. She was selling residential homes along with a few commercial deals. As the market continued to shift, she focused on short sales and foreclosures for the next few years until the correction landed her back at Keller Williams. She has since followed the KW models (the best in the business) and now runs a successful real estate team.
