Even before our listing appointment, from our first phone call and throughout the entire process, she was poised, professional, knowledgeable and beyond efficient. Clearly an expert in her field and in Naperville. She seamlessly guided us through the process of selling our home and communicated promptly and thoroughly every step of the way. "Stellar" is a word synonymous with Jill Clark. We recently worked with Jill as Buyers and Sellers for our properties.
Jill has an extensive knowledge of the housing market and the right means to get the job done. Real Estate deals are emotional and can be very stressful and it's during these stressful times you realize the value of your realtor. While our buying process went like a breeze (again, thanks to Jill's expertise to put forth a smart and a strong offer, we ended up buying our beautiful home without getting into a bidding war in a crazy Seller's market), it was during our sale that Jill's presence helped us immensely. She was always on top of things reaching out to everyone possible to ensure that things were on track. When we did encounter roadblocks, she conveniently absorbed any stress to keep us calm.
Not to forget, Jill has a fleet of highly competent and quality professionals you would need for your Home and Real Estate deal needs. Be it Mortgage Lenders, Flooring Contractors, Repairmen, etc. Every recommendation by Jill was available on time and provided a premium service for our needs at very reasonable prices. Prior to putting our house on the market, she gave us expert advice on how to get it ready to sell. She then proceeded to give us some amazing contacts/referrals that did high quality work in a timely manner for reasonable prices. She also put us in touch with an excellent attorney for the closing. After the prep work was completed, she engaged her talented team to put the finishing touches on our house, take incredible photos, and post our listing. Though we weren't on the market very long (thanks to Jill), she kept us up to date with feedback throughout the showings, offer acceptance, and closing.
