About Jill

Jill Cosner is proud to have been born and raised in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley, a place she is happy to call “Home.” She graduated from Broadway High school and furthered her education at James Madison University earning a B.S. degree in Kinesiology/Education.

Throughout college, she managed a local restaurant and then from 2002-2007, she operated her own residential new construction painting/cleaning company right here in the Valley. It was during that time that she reunited with a high school classmate whom she now calls her husband, Randy Cosner, who is a local builder/developer serving their community since 1996.

She became a realtor because she genuinely enjoys helping people and serving her community. Her passion in life is to strive to be the best person she can be no matter how challenging the situation. She currently manages rental properties, homeowners’ associations, and clean residential new construction homes in addition to her job as “Mom.”
