Jill Estes

Jill Estes has been with John L. Scott since the beginning of her real estate career in 2006. Before that she worked in the leasing division of Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Jill loves working with people, which is what initially attracted her to real estate. On any given day she plays the role of therapist to a client, a negotiator with another agent and/or a coordinator to her title/escrow team. No two days are ever alike, and she loves the feeling of working closely with a buyer and finding "the one," listing a home and the excitement of presenting offers to her sellers.

She is based in the John L. Scott KMS Kent North office and Jill works with buyers and sellers around the Kent area, including Maple Valley, Renton, Auburn, and Covington. Jill has been working with relocation clients for 12 years and she now focuses primarily on relocation and personal referral only. She’s worked with homes ranging in price from $14,000 to 1.3 million and no matter what, each client receives the same level of service. Jill is passionate about helping people move to the Pacific Northwest because she thinks it is an amazing place to live.

As a mother of two girls, most of Jill’s free time is spent watching soccer and cross country or driving her kids to soccer or cross country! She also loves to travel and each year she and a friend go on an annual trip to a U.S. city that they want to explore!
