I have used Jill twice now and I am currently using her for the third time. They say that repeat customers who sing your praises is the most sincere and highest form of affirmation of a job well done. Well Jill gets the job done very well every time! The first time I used Jill I was in the buyer position. She was always quick to respond, showed me everything that met my needs and was always on time and communicated with me very well. She was able to secure me the first showing in a competitive market and helped me structure a offer that landed me my new home amongst many other offers. Then due to fortunate circumstances (married my sweetheart) I was needing to sell my house less than a year later. Jill helped me get the house staged and advised me perfectly on how to get top dollar for my home. Jill worked harder than any agent I have seen she even enlisted her husband to help. In the first weekend she had gotten over 60 showings lined up! I had 20 offers and walked away with $19k over ask!

I cannot say enough about Jill. I think she is a constant professional who has her finger on the pulse of the market and will never steer you wrong. She has the patients of Job showing you homes and answering your questions. She is creative and understanding when helping you structure deals or choose between offers. Jill will shoot straight with you and help keep you centered when your emotions (inevitably) get involved.

My wife and I are currently as I am writing this review are using Jill to find a home for our new blended family. The funny thing is Jill has worked with my wife before and was fantastic with her as well.

There is no better agent than Jill. She knows the market, the agents, and will work hard to learn you, and your needs. All I can say is book a meeting with her now, you cannot go wrong with her as your agent!

We have tried selling our home several times over the past 8 years. We never had success until Jill Fleck was our realtor. Her strong work ethic and endless energy are a recipe for success. She had our home sold within 5 days. The whole process was a breeze.

I must say what stands out for me the most is the way Jill represents her client(s). She doesn’t hesitate to speak up and take action on behalf of her buyers/sellers. She is an incredibly strong advocate and that is exactly what you want from your realtor.

I highly recommend Jill Fleck... I can’t say enough good things about her!

Jill did an outstanding job of walking us through the entire process of selling our home. She was not only very professional, but she was very helpful at recommendations on things we could do to make our home more attractive to potential buyers.
