Jill Friedrich

Jill Friedrich grew up in the East Bay with both her parents and aunt selling real estate. Her memories of the real estate world date back to the days of limited technology when she had to answer the phones in the house and take written messages for her dad, who wouldn't miss a call! Managing property, marketing homes, and sitting on open houses was everyday life for Jill growing up. Later, she graduated from the University of Southern California with a BA in Communication Arts and Sciences. She then studied Spanish at the University of Barcelona and got her teaching credential from the University of San Francisco. Jill worked as an elementary school teacher in both Alameda and Oakland and more recently worked in medical sales for IX Medical as their Bay Area sales rep. It was only a matter of time before Jill would join the family business and start selling real estate.

Today Jill and her mother Jane are working together, bringing 40+ years of experience in real estate, design and renovation, and building wealth with income property. As a 3rd generation Alamedian and with kids in the local schools, Jill knows the Bay Area's ins and outs, including Oakland, Alameda, and Berkeley. As a mother and former teacher, she anticipates her clients' needs and ensures they are met. Jill's vast local knowledge and years in the real estate business help her answer any questions clients have about the process. She is passionate about finding the perfect home for each buyer and working with sellers to present a home's best self. She is genuine and determined, has expert knowledge of the local market and is highly skilled in pricing and marketing strategy. Jill spends a lot of her time dancing at a local dance studio with her daughters. Recently, she's been enjoying walks with her dogs, spending time with her family, and renovating her cabin in the mountains.
