We have been working with Jill since July 2014, when overnight she found us a rental that was to suit us perfectly. We have since bought two properties through her. She is the most reactive realtor that I have ever had the chance of working with. She never gets discouraged when faced with complicated situations, has always a wonderful smile on her face and is always just a text or a call away when you encounter an issue in your home! In December 2003 we were in the Gold Canyon area visiting friends and searching for available properties which we may be interested in purchasing. Our friends introduced us to Jill Gilbo, a real estate agent they had previously worked with and trusted. From the very beginning when we met Jill she was very open, welcoming and friendly. Before looking at properties, she asked us probing questions about what type of home we were looking for, i.e., single family, townhouse, casita; what interior floor plan expectations we may have, stairs or no stairs, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. She also inquired about the area in Gold Canyon we were interested in and what mountain views we desired. Our answer to all these questions helped Jill layout an inventory of various properties which met our criteria. Jill set up showing times and picked us up to take us to multiple properties which met our desired style, interior expectations and price range. In doing so, Jill maximized our viewing time and showed us many properties for our consideration. We contacted Jill in February 2004 and informed her of two properties we would like to purchase. Jill expertly navigated us through the purchasing phase and closure on these two properties. We were very pleased with Jill’s knowledge and ability to quickly answer any question we had during the financing and closing requirements. We owned and enjoyed these two properties for ten years when Jill made us aware of a home available in the Superstition Mountain community of Gold Canyon. We liked the home and Jill helped us through the short sale purchasing of this property with the owner and the banks holding the mortgages. We purchased this home and were very pleased with all the help Jill provided in guiding us through the short sale procedures to acquire this home which is now our primary residence. Upon purchasing the home in Superstition Mountain, Jill then began to list our two properties we purchased in 2004. Because of her knowledge of the community, relationships with other realtors, and people who were interested buying Gold Canyon, she quickly helped us sell our two properties. My wife and I are very pleased with Jill’s competent professionalism and expert knowledge of the real estate market in Gold Canyon. We highly recommend her as a realtor for anyone looking for property in the Gold Canyon/Superstition Mountain area. Jill is a joy to work with; you won’t be disappointed.

One in Vista Del Corazon, two in Superstition Mountain and one in Scottsdale.Right from the beginning I found her to be extremely honest and knowledgeable & professional. Jill was recommended by my sister and brother-in-law who are snow birds in Gold Canyon. We had one week to fly in, purchase a home, and fly back to Illinois. Jill made that happen. My wife and I both highly recommend Jill. She helped with the closing and also recommend loan companies, insurance companies, extermination companies, pool services, and the like. We closed in May , had a large water bill in June because of a problem with the irrigation system. Jill helped with the problem and got it repaired as we would not be out until end of July after we sold in Illinois. Jill also went back to the house in July to receive a car I was shipping out to AZ. The house closed in May she didn't have to do that and that is partly why we would recommend Jill definitely going above and beyond what is expected from a home purchase. Jill also invited us to parties to meet new people and gave us info on Arizona attraction. Jill has become a friend, we have meet her family, and we have and continue to recommend her to others. Our son will be moving out in the near future and we have already given her a heads up on his needs.
