This was our first time buying a home, so we were feeling intimated and anxious - that is, until we started working with Jill! She was SO knowledgeable and informative, which made us feel confident in our decisions, even in a volatile/unpredictable market. Jill was incredibly on top of things and quick to answer her phone or come meet us at a house in the middle of the day at the drop of a hat. During negotiations, she was aggressive when we needed her to be, ultimately landing us a home we absolutely LOVE for a great price. She even managed to get us a brand new roof before closing! I can't imagine feeling more comfortable and supported throughout the home-buying process. Looking back, it was surprisingly FUN and stress-free... not at all what I had imagined at the start. It has been 6 months of living in our home that Jill helped us buy and looking back on the process we are beyond grateful for her efforts and knowledge as a realtor. We purchased our home in a very tough market and would not have been able to secure a home without Jill's expertise, relationships, and drive. She is well known and connected in the Oregon real-estate industry which is one of the main reasons we were able to tour, offer and have our offer accepted in under 24 hours. She is passionate about her work. She cares about her clients which is shown in many ways. A few to note, she held an initial meeting with us to narrow down what we were looking for as well as make sure we were ready for our first home, since we were first time home buyers. This helped ease or worries and created trust between us. Two, she helped connect us to a trusted mortgage broker, who kept us up to date on what our future finances would look like regarding the multiple offers we were submitting. During the offer process she adapted her mindset to find new strategies, which was key for us having an offer accepted. At the time, offers had to be written and submitted immediately after viewing. She was able to get an offer out for us within 30 min while keeping us in constant communication during such uncertain times. This made us feel relaxed in the process and we trusted her completely. Her hard work and dedication to her career shows and we know any future clients will feel the same.

Jill is an absolute delight to work with.

As first time home buyers Jill was very patient with me and my wife on our home shopping experience. She helped us understand the ins and outs home buying and even offered to help us extend the reach of every dollar we had budgeted.
