Jill helped us find a home in Estates at Creekside in January 2023. We found Jill based on online reviews. As soon as we made contact, she immediately started finding us the perfect home. She communicated consistently throughout and shared valuable insight and information. We are relocating and will be new to the Lexington area. Jill provided us with good information about the area, contacts for inspections and quotes for repair work, and extensive information about the contracts and the buying process. I believe she works all day and night! Along with all of that, she is very honest, tuned in quickly to our needs, and is genuinely a kind person...definitely the lady you want on your team! We will recommend her to all of our family and friends in the surrounding area. We can't thank her enough!

Jill is a talented, intelligent, smart, savvy, warm, supportive and knowledgeable Realtor!! By the way, I received many late night messages while she worked to negotiate a great deal for me with the seller. I could not have accomplished the goal of buying my home, and the time frame we were working with, without her help. She pushed me to the finish line, while I was complaining about being tired. She listened, when I am sure she was tired of listening to me complain...but, she did. And, then she would refocus me back to what was most important. Thank you, Jill!! Work well-done!!

Jill was very helpful in finding an apartment in the exact area I wanted for my son. She send me an app to find homes in the area I wanted. When I saw one, and notified her she immediately checked and responded to me. She checked all aspects of the apartment I wanted to purchase and contacted the HOA with questions that needed to be asked. We initially contacted Jill via the Internet. At that time we lived in MD and were preparing to retire and move to Columbia. She diligently worked with us trying to find a home that met our long list of needs for about a year. She continued to work with us when we decided to build a home instead of buying an existing house. She was patient, very responsive, and kept us informed of information we needed to know b4 purchasing. Jill is the best realtor we've ever worked with. I think over the years I have known at least 1000 real estate agents. Agents are like the military service, everyone knows somebody that has served. I got to say up front I never trusted them. I don't trust anybody that works on commission. Commission sales brings out the worst in people. That system of payment only benefits the agency not the agents. So with that said, if you want an agent that you can trust: Thats Jill. She worked with me and my wife for 2.5 years to find a house on the lake. She found us the perfect house and we got the deal. I owe her more than the commission. She made my wife very happy. You know what they say: Happy wife, happy life. After 4 months she showed up at our home which is miles from no where just to follow up. She is just good people. If you need an agent I dont think you could get a better one. Jill helped me and my wife with buying our most recent home together, as well as selling the old one. Jill EXCEEDED all of our expectations, which made the process from start to finish extremely pleasant!!! Jill was awesome during the whole process by keeping us informed, being responsive, kind, and a constant professional. Jill was great about making appointments immediately, she always got back to us, and her advice was incredibly useful. We will be using Jill for our next purchase and she will be the only person we recommend to anyone looking to buy or sale a home!! Jill wasn't pushy at all, worked with our budget, and gave great advice about areas, schools, future resale, and so forth. Additionally, when it came to selling the old house, we had four offers within hours of it going on the market and it was under contract within 48 hours. Jill is the best. I was living in Texas, and found her on line. She sent me daily listings and updates of the homes that fit my needs and wants, always listening to my feedback. By the time I sold my house, and was able to come to SC, several months had passed. I think Jill knew what I wanted better than I did, and on the first day of viewing homes she showed me the one I bought.
