Jill Lynch

Originally from Los Angeles, CA, Jill has called Texas home for over 20 years. It is hard to beat the music, outdoor lifestyle, food, and uniquely casual feel of Austin. It has been both challenging and exciting to engage in the real estate market of this fast growing and friendly city.

She began my career in a real estate related field, mortgage lending (Boston, MA). She did everything from process loans to sales management to train loan officers. Today she is the President of LENDAID, an online website that collects customer feedback on loan officers so that homebuyers can find good dependable loan officers to work with when they go to secure home financing.

Jill was an early investor in real estate. It has always been her primary interest and comfort zone when it came to investing her own money. Though she has worn other professional hats over the years (including a few years as a teacher), real estate has always been in the background, an ongoing personal and professional interest. Since 2013 it has been Jill’s sole focus.
