Jill was our agent for selling our home in Maple Valley. We have two small children which doesn't make the process easy and she was always flexible and very accommodating. The home was staged so beautifully and made us wish we didn't have to move. She worked hard to get us the best price; which included being up late negotiating with agents. We appreciated during the process she took a personal interest in our children and our family; getting to know us. We recommend her to everyone who is looking for a quality agent!

Jill had a keen insight into the current market and the interests of buyers in the area. Her staging skills maximized the attractiveness of my property and generated quite a lot of interest in a very short time. She was also aware of the high level of stress I was under due to family events and health issues and took extra efforts to support me and insulate me from needless distractions. What can I say about JILL? Only wonderful things come to mind. She went way beyond to help me with the sell of my house. I was not around to do the recomended work on the house, but Jill stayed at my house and helped with what ever needed to be done. She went far beyond all expectations both on selling my house and helping me through the paper work to do so. I would recommend her to anyone selling or looking for an agent to buy a house. I picked a winner when I picked her as my agent . Smooth sailing and a person that is on top of what needs to be done and does it. She is the crème of the crop when it comes to real estate . I wish there were more stars to rate Jill - five is simply not enough. My husband and I live in Massachusetts and were looking to buy a home in WA and Jill came highly recommended. When a great home came on the market that was exactly the home for us Jill got right to work and early on established a great working relationship with the seller's agent which went a long way to supporting our offer when multiple competing offers went in on the home. She was very creative in our offer, ensuring we presented strongly but protected our budget and values. Her deep connections in the community were critical to getting everything done on time and gave us every chance at a successful transaction.

Her communication skills are second to none and we were kept in the loop by emails, phone calls and texts. She worked well with our lending officer who said "you really are working with the best of the best".

We had to put a lot of trust in Jill as we were buying a house sight unseen, and we had never even met Jill! Buying such a large investment without ever having met the agent, or seen the property couldn't have been possible without the talent and capabilities Jill has. We always felt she had our best interest at heart and easily won us over with her authenticity and business experience.

It was a truly meaningful to have Jill on our side, we think the world of her.

Jill is hands down the best in the business. We were just so happy that she was available to help us when we were ready to find a home. In this crazy market you absolutely need someone who can devot all their attention to you, respond to questions or issues that come up any time day or night, consistently goes over every document and making sure you are protected and aware every step of the way and that's what you get with Jill Moss. We cannot believe the home we got and how quick and easy closing was even in this market. Not to mention Jill being able to negotiate and save us a ton of money up front. So very happy we found Jill. Highly recommend!

Jill is an amazing agent!!! My son originally had the agent from hell!! I contacted Jill explained his situation and what happened, Jill jumped in and said I can sell his house no problems. She and her husband staged his house (on her husband's birthday mind you) and helped him get through the previous nightmare, bam the house sold. She's a delight to work with, even though my son and I were an absolute pain in the rear. She knows her stuff and will get the job done. Thank you Jill, for a job well done!!!

Jill helped my parents find their forever home. She managed to find time to work around my parents busy work schedule to sign documents and to look at different homes. whenever we were having trouble understanding something on a document she explained it very clearly and was never rude or pushy.

Jill was an incredibly hard working, kind, and smart realtor to work with. She knows her stuff and will be an advocate for you whether you are buying or selling your home. We just sold a home with her and the process was so quick. She staged our home beautifully and took amazing interior, exterior, and drone photos of our house. Jill Moss was a blessing in the process of selling our home and buying our new home. From advice to staging our home Jill was there for us every step of the way. No one will work harder for you than Jill.
Our house sold in 7 days, our new home wasn't built completely, Jill had to negotiate 2 rent backs from the new owners due to delays.
You will never find someone that will work as hard for you as Jill. I now consider Jill a friend & I cant wait to invite her over to my new home for coffee.
