Responsible for the daily operations, leadership, and staff management of a fast growing portfolio for a publicly traded REIT.
Responsible for creating and implementing a strategy for the investment portfolio in a specific geographic region, including: maximizing value, minimizing risk, monitoring leasing, evaluating capitalization rates and other property level activities, managing third party relationships, monitoring fund liquidity, and addressing other issues that arise at both the asset and fund levels.
