About Jill

Helping clients learn about the Seattle area and finding a great fit for a home and a community delights her! Jill appreciates the learning process as it applies to determining a client's goals and preferences for their new home - both the tangibles and intangibles - as well as the shifts that can happen as they begin exploring and they learn more about the different communities and what best meets their needs. Jill loves to be of service and partnering with her clients in finding and buying their next home or selling a home that is full of cherished memories is a tremendous honor and privilege.

Her deep level of customer service continues to be honed through more than 30-years of experience. Through sales and merchandising for Swatch Watch in its heyday, serving customers and building community while managing a pie and coffee shop in the heart of Capitol Hill, and then having the great fortune to work at Seattle's Museum of History & Industry for 14 years - many of those as their Visitor Services Manager. She believes in serving with kindness, with an open heart, and with a desire to help and partner with clients in the major milestones in their lives that buying or selling a home mark - no matter if it is their first or fifth time doing so.

Jill often tells clients that the process of home buying or selling is about their needs and timelines and that she is here to help. Carefully listening to and hearing her clients is tremendously important to this process so that she can best support and serve them. Clear communication allows her to advocate for her client's needs, educate them about the market and the process, and empower them with data and information to aid them in making well-informed decisions.

Real estate isn't a 9-5 job, and she is clear with her clients that when she partners with them, she is here for them. That may mean reviewing documents with them after their kids are in bed, grabbing her pruners, gloves, and broom and heading a seller's home to do a bit spiffing up before photos are taken, or simply listening when the market presents challenges

Call her - she looks forward to learning how she may be of help to you.
