About Jill

Jill's journey to North Carolina began shortly after 9/11 when she and her husband, Ron relocated from Pennsylvania in January 2002. They meticulously searched for the perfect beach community from the Jersey Shore to Charleston, SC, and found Wilmington to be the ideal place. Wilmington offered everything they were looking for – a vibrant downtown, lots of restaurants and shopping, and beaches in every direction.

Before joining her son in real estate, Jill spent 13 years working for Wrightsville Beach Magazine as an Advertising and Marketing Consultant, honing her skills in communication and client relations. She was instrumental in a monthly feature called "Homes of Distinction." Working with builders, interior designers, and other key subcontractors, Jill was always on the lookout for the perfect projects. One of her favorite things was putting the puzzles together. Having to come up with a calendar a year in advance honed her skills for persistence and organization.

In early 2016, seeking a career change, Jill decided to help her son, Eric. It started as just lending another set of hands, but it quickly became a full partnership. Working with Eric has been a rewarding experience. The two complement each other well, and their combined efforts have resulted in incredible growth and success.

For Jill, the most rewarding part of the business is the joy in a buyer’s eyes when they find their perfect home. She finds it incredibly fulfilling to help sellers reach their next goals, whether it’s another home here or moving on to their next adventure. Jill works closely with the Coldwell Banker Relocation Department to ensure her clients are connected with the best agents wherever they are going. She strives to make the transition as smooth and stress-free as possible for them. Jill not only helps clients find homes but also builds lasting relationships that extend far beyond the closing table.

Jill’s philosophy is simple yet profound: being a proactive and trusted advisor for her clients. Jill strives to anticipate her clients' needs. She provides relevant and valuable information, listening for the little details and striving to provide clarity as they make the necessary decisions. For Jill, it’s about understanding her clients’ home, dreams, and goals for the future.
