Prior to my career in real estate, I worked in healthcare providing care to individuals and delivered health education. My experience with Jill Souto-Maior was outstanding. She is thorough and a great communicator. We had the opportunity to meet on just one occasion and she came prepared with paperwork and contact information as I live in the Northeast - 3 hour time difference - and was just in Oregon for a couple of days. Even with the time difference, we were able to communicate often by phone, text, and email. She always kept me updated on the progress of pricing, showings, offers, etc.

Being out of state offered its own challenges for me but Jill took on some of those responsibilities for me such as contacting the town and state for documentation, even trying to get in touch with HUD for a information regarding a reverse mortgage on the property, establishing a lawyer in the state to set up a trust, and getting me a title company.
