About Jill

Jill joined the McCormick Team in 2019 as the team assistant and later transitioned to a full time agent. She has a deep passion for historic buildings and has restored an 1850’s one room schoolhouse in Greenwich. The restoration was featured on the HGTV show “Cheap Old Houses,” won an Excellence in Preservation Award from Adirondack Architectural Heritage and received a special citation from Congresswoman Carrie Woerner. She saved and lives in a second circa 1915 rehabilitated brick schoolhouse with her husband, son, two crazy hound dogs, 12 chickens and a few fish (the number changes daily). Jill was born and raised in upstate New York and can’t wait to share the beauty of the area with buyers.
