About Jill

Jill was born and raised a South Dakota farm girl, where she learned to work hard and be true to her word. Her determination served her well throughout college and her early working career in banking, marketing and event planning. When her two boys were born, she had the luxury of staying home with them for seven years. Those years of being a stay-at-home Mom provided valuable experience in customer relations and negotiations, especially during the toddler and now teenage years.

Jill has worked in Real Estate for over a decade, starting as the Office Manager at a local firm, then as the Licensed Assistant to the Owner/Broker and since 2017, as an Agent - Broker Associate here at Black Hills Realty. She enjoys working with her clients to buy and sell real estate all over western South Dakota, and has gained valuable experience with selling all types of properties, including luxury, family, land, ranch and commercial properties. Jill is a fierce advocate for her clients in the purchase or sale of properties all over western South Dakota, including single and multi family, luxury, land, ranch and commercial properties. She earned more than a dozen monthly Top Sales Volume and Top Closings awards and an annual Top Producer award, along with the 2026 Spirit of Cooperation Award.
