Jim Bachand

Jim is responsible for managing MOR's programs and services and overseeing internal operations and external functions, including advocacy and communications.

Jim's professional background includes holding Chief Operating Officer positions within three of the top five financial services organizations: Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, and Washington Mutual, commonly known as 'WaMu.' He proudly holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan, showing his allegiance as a Grizzly, but also expresses his support for the Bobcats, emphasizing the importance of balance. Furthermore, Jim holds a master's degree in leadership in human systems and organizational design, along with certifications in executive leadership coaching and adult education. He has been honored with numerous national leadership awards for his contributions to mergers and acquisitions in the banking industry.

During his leisure time, clients can often find Jim enjoying a game of pickleball on one of Missoula's local courts or collaborating with his husband on various home gardening projects, a partnership that has lasted for 22 years.
