A significant portion of Jim’s career has been dedicated to working with builders and residential developers. He has successfully managed the development and marketing of over 50+ new home communities, coordinating land acquisition, permitting, site development, construction oversight, marketing strategy, and sales operations. This extensive experience allows Jim to provide valuable guidance to builders while also helping buyers navigate the new construction process with confidence.

His expertise is widely respected, and members of Congress, state elected officials, and local leaders regularly seek his counsel on housing issues, real estate policy, and property rights.
